DISMISSAL CHANGES!! Children must be picked up from the office prior to 3:30pm because they are transferring to their dismissal locations at this time.
Change of Dismissals Complete this form PRIOR to 3:15pm if you need to change your child’s dismissal.
No changes are permitted after 3:15pm!
EARLY RELEASE DAY CHANGES MUST BE SENT IN BY 1:15PM on the day for early release.
**CHANGES SHOULD NOT BE MADE ON A DAILY BASIS**
